16 oz hamburger....or ground chicken or turkey1 medium onion1 c. uncooked macaroni15 oz can tomato saucegarlicItalian seasoning8 oz mozzarella cheese
In a large pan cook meat with onions and garlic until its done. Add tomato sauce and 1/2 can water to meat. Then add in macaroni and about 2-3 tbls Italian seasoning, I like a lot. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until noodles are soft. Add cheese and stir until melted! Done as easy as that. Tastes just like hamburger helper but tons less sodium and fat!
