Pico de gallo

Ingredients
8 cups- tomatoes, seeded and chopped (I usually use roma tomatoes)4 tbls cilantro chopped1 1/2 - jalapeno seeded and chopped1 - medium onion chopped (if you don't like alot of onion you can cut this in half)juice of 1 to 2 limes (I also love the flavor of lime in my pico de gallo so I usually use the juice of about 1 1/2 limes
Directions
Mix all ingredients and enjoy. Tastes even better the next day. I enjoy eating pico de gallo with grilled chicken in warm wheat tortillas. For a great change you can add it to scrabled eggs.
