Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 800 grams = 8 thin cutletsmarinade in: * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Salt, 2 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Paprika, 2 tsp * Allspice, 1 tsp * Chili powder, 1 tsp * *Buttermilk, 0.5 cup
Directions
1- marinade the chicken in the mix overnight.
2- in cooking spray or oil sautee chicken for 7 or 5 minutes on each side till cooked.
makes 4 servings, each serving = 2 cutlets of chicken.

NB: overcooking the chicken can make it tough.
