Ingredients
Whole Wheat lasagna noodles, cooked26 oz. pasta sauce15 oz ricotta cheese1.5 cup of mozzarella cheese1 cup of parmeasan cheese2, zucchini thinly slicedmushrooms, 1 cupbasilorego
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles. While cooking put sliced mushrooms and zucchini in skillet with the 1 tsp of olive oil. Then add sauce and seasonings. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl put ricotta, and cheeses in the bowl and mix. Put 1/3 of sauce mixture in crock pot then add 1/3 noodles and 1/3 cheese mixture. Keep doing this and last layer should be with sauce mixture on top. Cook for 6 hours

Serving Size: makes 8- 1/2-3/4 cup servings
