Ingredients
1c dry lentils (washed and sorted)1T olive oil14oz pkg smoked turkey sausage1 small onion chopped2 stalks celery chopped, I also use the leaves1 clove garlic minced1 chicken or beef bouillion cube4 c waterSalt and pepper to taste, I also use an Adobe seasoning that I have, but does not need it...
Directions
Put all ingredients in Crock Pot. Cook on Low 4-6 hours or until lentils are puffed up and tender. If it gets to thick add more hot water... Makes 4 servings
