Ingredients
Sweet red pepper, 1 medGreen pepper, 1 med Red onions, 1Zucchini, 1 smallMushrooms, fresh, 6 medTomato, 1 large or 10-12 cherry tomatoessalt and pepper
Directions
Cut all veggies to approx 1-2" pieces.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and add pepper to your taste.
Bbq approx 20 minutes or less, turning as needed.
