Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
7 oz crumbled blue cheese16 oz fat free cream cheese4 T light mayonnaise1/2 cup fat free sour cream4 cloves garlic, peeled1 small sweet onion, peeled1 t hot pepper sauce6 T fat free half & half
Directions
Put all ingredients in the work-bowl of a food processor. Pulse and process until fully blended, then put into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve with a selection of crudité to the cheers of the assembled crowd...or, use 2 T at a time as a smokin' good salad dressing.
