Bulgur with Peas and Carrots

Ingredients
2 cups Water1 cup Bulgur2 small Carrots (diced) or 12 baby carrots, sliced1 teaspoon chicken Bouillon or salt to taste for vegetarianPepper to taste1 cup Frozen Peas
Directions
In a medium pot, cook 1 cup bulgur over medium-high, stirring frequently, until lightly toasted and fragrant. Add 2 cups water and diced carrots. Season with pepper and salt or bouillon of choice. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 cup peas, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
