Low Fat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 Tb oil2 Tb margerine1 cup brown sugar1 egg1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cups of flour2 cups rolled oats4 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
Directions
Add and blend oil, margerine & brown sugar.
Add and blend egg, apple sauce & vanilla.
Add and blend baking powder, soda & salt.
Add and blend flour.
Add and mix oats and chocolate chips.
Drop onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper by the tablespoon.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
