Herbed Green Beans, Carrots, and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 cups fresh green beans, chopped into 2 inch pieces2 large carrots, peeled and sliced10 mushrooms, sliced1/2 of a large onion, sliced1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 cup vegetable broth2 tsp. Bragg Organic Sprinkle seasoningsalt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a large non stick pan with cooking spray. Add the onions and the mushrooms and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.

Add the green beans, carrots, garlic powder, Bragg Sprinkle, and broth.

Cover and allow the vegetables to steam saute in the broth for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and brightly colored. Do not over cook.

Remove from heat and add the black pepper and salt to taste.

Serving Size: makes around 6 1/2 cup servings
