Ingredients
1.82lbs ground chuck browned and drained of fat1 med onion chopped1 1/2 tsp coriander2 tsp chili powder1 bay leafblack pepper1-28oz can of diced tomatoes1/2 large head of cabbage1 large carrot chopped32oz organic beef broth (low sodium)1 cup dry whole wheat quinoa ( i used hodgeson mill brand)4 cups water
Directions
brown beef and onion in large pot with black pepper, coriander,mrs dash, garlic powder and chili powder.

drain excess fat. add all other ingredients and simmer on med for 30 mins or until cabbage is tender
