Ingredients
4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breastHalf a small onionHalf an apple8 oz nonfat plain yogurtHalf a cup chicken stockCurry powderOther spices if desired; coriander seed, turmeric
Directions
Cut chicken into one inch hunks, cut apples and onions approx. The same. Spray sauté pan with cooking spray, sauté chicken pieces until browner, remove from pan. Sauté apples and onions until transparent. Add chicken pieces and stock.stir. Add yogurt. Heat until warmed through.
