Liver and Onions

Ingredients
1 lb Beef Liver1 Stick Butter2 Onions2 cups FlourSeasoned SaltPepper
Directions
Mix Flour and Seasonings in a large bowl. Bread liver slices well with flour mixture. Fry in large skillet over medium high heat with butter and onion slices. Approximately 5 minutes per side, it's important not to under or over cook liver, pay close attention to it. Make sure onions are caramelized.
