Herb-Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients
1 pound 14 oz. small red potatoes, unpeeled1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or teaspoon dried1 T. fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried1 T. olive oil1/2 t. salt1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper2 1/4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425. Cut the potatoes into 6 to 8 wedges apiece. In a large bowl, combine the basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and toss to combine. Place the potatoes on a nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with the Parmesan. Bake the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
