Blue Cheese Dressing (Low Fat)

Ingredients
1/2 cup nofat, plain Greek yogurt1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese2 Tb fat free mayonnaise2 Tb nonfat sour cream1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
Place all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth. Place blue cheese in blender and blend for 2-3 seconds or pulse twice. Store in refrigerator.

Eco suggestion: Wash out used salad dressing jar and put on your own label.
