Chicken curry

Ingredients
Cut chicken into small pieces and saute in 1 T olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside.Saute in oil from chicken -- chopped onion, green pepper until translucent. Add tomatoes and spices and cook for a few minutes. Combine chicken with vegetables and cook in a 350 oven for 35-40 minutes,Serve with brown rice.
