Satay Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter1.5 tsp of light soft brown sugar (or substitute light Splenda Brown Sugar Blend)1 tbsp reduced salt soya sauce1 clove fresh, chopped garlic or 1 tbsp garlic powderapprox. 100ml of water
Directions
add all ingredients into a saucepan,stir and simmer on a low heat for a couple of minutes, keep stirring until desired consistency is reached.
