Barley Oat Methi Thepla

Ingredients
Dough:1/4 cup Barley Flour1/4 cup Oat Flour1/2 cup Methi1 tsp each of ground cumin, coriander, chili, turmeric1 tsp salt1 tsp sesame seeds (more, to taste)1 TBS oil - half in dough, half to cook
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a batter. Roll out using whole wheat flour for smooth rolling. Cook on both sides on a nonstick or crepe pan. Use 1/2 TBS of oil to help with cooking.
