Hot Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
2 lbs. Boneless, skinless, breast of chicken1 1/2 c. diced celery1 regular can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free1 tsp. black pepper or to taste
Directions
Cook chicken in water till done and tender.
Shred chicken and add celery, soup and pepper. Let simmer till it comes to a boil.

Serve on whole wheat buns, or on a bed of lettuce. Or spread on whole wheat crackers.
