2 cans Rotel Mexican Lime and Cilantro diced tomatoes1 can black beans (drain)1 can of white sweet corn (drain and rinse)lime juice to tastecilantro to taste1/2 cup red onion chopped
Directions
refridgerate covered. Makes approximately 8- 3/4 cup servings of delicious corn and black bean salsa.

Serving Size: makes a large bowel of salsa ( 7 cups)
