No-bake oatmeal almond butter protein bars

Ingredients
- Almond Butter, 1/2 cup - Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cups, dry, yields - Whey factors, chocolate, 4 servings - 1/2 c dried fruit- 1/2 c water
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Line pan with wax paper. Spread dough into pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove & cut into 10 squares.
