Cilantro Jalape�o Hummus

Ingredients
One 14 oz. can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed and peeled1/4 c. reserved liquid from chickpeas1-2 jalape�os, seeded and cored2 T. fresh lemon juice2 T sesame seeds1/2 T olive oil2 t. garlic, mincedsalt to taste1/2 c. cilantro
Directions
The most tedious task of this hummus is peeling the chickpeas. It makes the hummus so much creamier, it�s worth it.
Cut the jalape�os into small chunks and add to a blender or food processor along with the remaining ingredients.
Blend or process on high until hummus is smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate until serving.
