Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients
3 Lean Cube Steaks1/2 c panko 1/2 c whole wheat flour6 tblspn egg white egg beaters6 oz Turkey breakfast sausage4 oz non fat greek yogurt1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth1 tblspn corn starch salt and pepper to tastecooking spray
Directions
heat oven to 450 degrees, Then line a cookie sheet with foil and put a wire rack on it and set aside
Dredge steaks in flour and shake off excess then dredge in egg white and then in panko
place on rack spray with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper place in oven and cook 15 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small skillet brown sausage, add corn starch to broth and add to browned sausage and simmer. when thick turn off heat and add yogurt and salt and pepper.
Top steak with gravy and serve, yummy!!
