Corned beef loaf, jellied, 1 CanGreat Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives, 4 serving Onions, raw, 1 small-choppedGarlic, 1 clove *Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 2 Packets*Rice, white, short-grain, cooked, unenriched, 2 cup *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) chopped into medium sized chunks
Fill large pot with water, add tomato sauce, corned beef, chopped onions, chopped garlic, and sazon seasoning and bring to a boil, let cook about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add olives and potatoes and let cook on medium low heat for about 30 minutes
While soup is simmering cook rice.
Once soup and rice is complete let the soup cool for about 5 minutes as it will be very hot.
Spoon cup of soup over half a cup of rice.
Serving Size: 1/2 Cup Rice, 1 Cup Soup
