Tuscan Soup

Ingredients
2 pkg. Jennie O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage1 - 3 lb. bag small red potatoes (halved and sliced thin)2 med. yellow onions (chopped)2 tbs. minced garlic1 Pint Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half1 sm bunch kale (stems removed, chopped)
Directions
Remove casings from Turkey Sausage and brown in a soup pot.
Add onions and garlic.
Continue cooking until onion is tender.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and simmer until potatoes are done, about 16 minutes.
Add kale and fat free half & half and heat through.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Fills 9 - 16 oz. small round zip lock containers
