1/2 cup frozen berries1/2 cup frozen pineapples4oz Almond Milk Vanilla4oz Vanilla Soymilk1 serving (scoop) Pure Whey Protein Powder1 small banana
The night before put all ingredients into a blender with the frozen foods going in first, then break up the banana into the blender, the protein powder on top of that, and then the liquids.
Let sit in the fridge over night. In the morning blend smooth, starting at a slow speed and build up. Enjoy.
