Homemade tortillas

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. flour1 c. very hot water1 tsp. Kosher salt1/4 c. shortening
Directions
mix salt and flour, add shortening and mix until it resembles bread crumbs. Add VERY hot water and mix until it comes together. Divide into 10 parts, roll into balls. Flatten each ball with your hand, then roll out thin.
Lay tortilla in pan over med heat, cook for about 30 seconds. Flip over and cook for another 20-30 seconds.
