3 Garlic Cloves, minced (or more to taste)1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt1 TB lemon juice1 tsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp paprika1/8 tsp pepper1 (19 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 tablespoon fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Combine in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add more yogurt if you prefer a smoother consistency.
