Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter1/4 Cup Soya Sauce2 TBSP Lemon Juice1 glove garlic (grated)1 tsp grated ginger rootpinch of hot pepper flakes (or sauce)1 TBSP Honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over your choice of stirfry meat and veggies. I add about 1cup of water to make it thinner, otherwise it's very much a glaze.

Serving Size: Makes enough sauce for a six serving stirfry
