Has beef, veggies, and noodles - WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?! Has beef, veggies, and noodles - WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE?!

    1lb beef boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
    2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
    4 tablespoons teriyaki stir-fry sauce
    2 tablespoon orange marmalade
    Dash of ground red pepper (cayenne)
    1 1/2 cup sugar snap pea pods
    1 1/2 cup uncooked fine egg noodles (3 oz)


1. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in skillet 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown. Remove beef from skillet; keep warm.

2. Add broth, stir-fry sauce, marmalade and red pepper to skillet. Heat to boiling. Stir in pea pods and noodles; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.

3. Stir in beef. Cook uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.

  • I want you to know that this was wonderful. I only changed two things, I used frozen stirfry veggies and smart taste thin spaghetti pasta. Thank you so much for this. I will make it again!! - 8/3/09

  • So quick and easy to make. I didn't even measure anything! I left out the cayenne since I can't eat spicy, but it was great and my husband loved it! - 5/13/09
