Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 Large Tomatoes1 Cucumber with peel1/2 medium red onion2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1tsp Salt2T Ground Oregano
Directions
Chop tomato, cucumbers and onions into a bowl. Then add 2tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1tsp of salt and 2tbsp of oregano. Mix to blend everything together and serve. Bon Appetite!
