Strawberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients
2 cups finely mashed or pureed fresh strawberries4 cups sugar or splenda1 package powdered pectin1 cup water2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Combine berries, lemon juice and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes stirring occassionally. Stir pectin into water and boil rapidly 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into jars or plastic freezer containers. Cover and let stand at room temperature 24 to 48 hours or until jellied. Freeze and enjoy!!
