Dru's Hamburger-Penne Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 small onion, shopped1 small green bell pepper, chopped1.5 cups Whole Wheat Penne Pasta (measure uncooked)3 large cloves garlic1 tsp. salt1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper2 14.6 oz. artichoke hearts, quartered (packed in water)1 24.3 oz jar Classico tomato and basil sauce3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” x 13” x 2” baking dish very slightly with canola oil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, add ground beef, break up and brown until no longer pink, drain off fat in colander. Wipe out skillet; add beef, onion, and bell pepper, sauté until onion and peppers soften. Add garlic and sauté one minute more. Stir in salt and pepper, sauce, and artichoke hearts. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheeses over top and bake until heated through and cheese melts. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
