12 preferred pieces chicken, skinless and bonelessSalt, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 cloveCurry powder, 2 tsp*Boiling water, 1 cup*Wyler's Chicken Boullion Cubes, prepared, 2 serving *Mustard, Yellow, Dried, .5 tsp dissolved in 1 tbs waterLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Paprika, .5 tsp Tabasco Sauce, .25 tsp
Placed skinned chicken in a shallow pan/ Pour remaining ingredients over chicken. Bake in moderate oven 350° about forty-five minutes, basting often until tender. Just before serving, set oven to 400° for about ten minutes or broil for about five minutes.
Serve with Uncle Ben's Wild Rice or white rice and vegetable of choice.
