Ground beef, lean, 36 oz (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Scallions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Tomato Paste, 4 can (6 oz) (remove)*canned rotel tomatoes, 6 serving (remove)Chicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon (remove)*Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 4 serving (remove)chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian herbs to taste.
This is both a protien and either veg. or fruit due to tomatoes in the chili. Very good if added on shreaded lettuce as a taco salad, or on miracle or tofu noodles. Good for either lunch or dinner meal. Freezes great and great for any phase hcg diet.
