Hangnon's Fried Potatoes and Polish Sausage

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) *Polish Pork Sausage, .5 sausage (10" long x 1-1/4" dia) Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Directions
Peel, wash and dice potatoes. Melt butter in pan and add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. While potatoes start to cook quarter polish sausage and dice into even pieces. Add to potatoes. Fry until browned and potatoes are cooked soft. Serve.
