Ingredients
Onion - chopped, 3 cup Cumin - ground 1 tsp Canned Chick Peas -Drained, 4 cup Canned Tomatoes, two 15oz cans *ground tumeric, .5 tsp *Cumin (ground), .5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp *Jalepeno Pepper- 1 pepper, 1 serving
Directions
Saute onions with 1 tsp cumin until translucent.
Add Garlic/Ginger Paste
Saute until onions are brown

Blend remaining spices and pepper with tomato puree and add to onions.

Add Chick Peas

Simmer 15 minutes stirring constantly
