Healthy Granola Bars

Ingredients
1.25 cups crisp rice cereal1 cup uncooked quick oats2 tbs ground flaxseed1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries or raisins1/4 cup finely chopped pepitas or sunflower seeds1/3 cup brown rice syrup 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or cashew)1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Mix syrup and peanut butter and microwave for 1 minute. Stir, microwave another minute. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over dried ingredients and mix. Press into 8x8 pan and allow to cool. Cut into bars.
