Carne de Puerco con Chile Rojo

Ingredients
6 Dried Red Chiles 3 Cloves of Garlic2 Cups Hot Water1 tsp Salt1 tsp Ground Cumin1 tsp Ground Oregano1/2 Cup Sliced Onion4 Pork Chops1 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Makes 4 Pork Chops

Place first 6 ingerdients in blender and liquifey until smooth.
Slice onions and brown in dry sautee pan on medium heat until lightly brown approximately 5 min then remove.
Raise temperature to medium high, add oil, and sear pork chops on both sides.
Add onions and chile sauce. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes in a covered pan.
