Deb's Tomato Pesto Veggie

Ingredients
1 tomato.25 cup Pesto1 inch cube tablespoons of cream cheese15 reduced fat Triscuts
Directions
Wash and core tomato- slice into 3 thick slices- put in oven safe baking dish. Then spread Pesto equally on all 3 tomato slices. Take cream cheese and cut or slice into 3 equal parts and put on top of pesto. Put in oven and bake until cream cheese melts--about 20 to 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Then remove and cut tomatoes into 1/4ths and eat on Triscuts. Enjoy.
