Sauteed Garlic & Greens

Ingredients
* Garlic, 8 clove (remove) * Swiss Chard, 8 cup, chopped (remove) * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields (remove)
Directions
Heat sliced garlic in a large non-stick pan over med-low heat until golden. Place chart, water and salt into a pan raise heat to med and cover for 7 -10 min. Transfer to a a colander and drain. Return to the pan with the garlic - squeeze with 1/2 lemon - sear in the pan.
