Gluten free dairy free ginger raisin muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil1 cup + 2 Tbsp agave nectar1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce1 Tbsp ground ginger2 cups brown rice flour2/3 cup potato starch1/3 cup tapioca starch3/4 tsp xanthan gum1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Combine oil and agave then add applesauce and ginger and mix. in a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients except for raisins. Add dry to wet until just combined. Fold in raisins. Put in to greased mini muffin pan or lined with cups and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
