Santa Fe Salad

Ingredients
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped1/2 cup black olives, sliced1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup corn (either from a can or frozen) rinsed and drained or thawed and drainedvinaigrette:1 Tablespoons honey2 Tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed (juice of one lime)2 tsp brown spicy mustardsaltpepper1/4 teaspoon chili powder2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
Layer everything in a large bowl.

Make vinaigrette by whisking honey, lime juice, honey mustard, chili powder and salt & pepper. Whisk in the oil and drizzle over salad. Toss well to coat.
