Shrimp Pad Thai

Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove)Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), Peanut Butter, smooth style, Garlic,*Snow Peas, fresh, *Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, Cabbage, napa, Scallions, raw, *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce,Ginger, groundPeanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt),Thai Chili Sauce
cook your shrimp until no longer pink, set aside
Then use a wok and put in rest of chicken broth, and add the garlic ginger, soysauce, peanut butter and chili sauce. , Cook on medium.. it will start to thicken .(5 min).
Add carrots, snow peas, cabbagee, to the pad thai sauce...(5 min) When veggies get a little soft .. stir fry in the beans sprouts, and pasta, and cook for about 5 minutes more.. toss with chopped peanuts and scallions.. enjoy!!!
