Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwich

1 (3-lb) fresh beef brisket 1 package (1 oz) onion dip soup mix 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth or consumme8 mini baguettes or sandwich rolls May add onions and cheese which will increase calorie intake.
# 1 - Place beef in cooker. In small bowl, mix dry soup mix and broth; pour over beef.
# 2 - Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
# 3 - Skim fat from liquid in cooker. Remove beef from cooker; place on cutting board. Cut beef into thin slices.
# 4 - To serve, cut each baguette in half horizontally. Fill baguettes with beef. Serve with broth for dipping.
