Beef Stoganoff

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 package of No Yolk Egg Noodles1/2 Cup Sour Cream1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix (or Beefy onion)1 can mushrooms (or mushroom pieces)1/4 C flour
Directions
brown ground beef until no longer pink, drain. In a separate pot, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Once beef is cooked and drained, add onion soup mix, and about 1/2 C water. This can vary on how much sauce you want. Add flour a TBSP at a time, until desired consistancy. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Simmer until noodles are done.
Fill bowl with noodles, spoon beef misture on top. Serve with green peas.
