Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
2 packages of Jello Instant Pudding mix Vanilla 1 16 oz jar of Sour Cream Light2 cans of Pineapple Chunks
Directions
Add in the pudding in a bowl and then the sour cream, and last pineapple juice and all and mix all together. Then refridgerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving so pudding can set.... Very tasty. Enjoy!!

Serving Size: I would say this would feed about 20 people or more.. hard to say.
