Hamburger Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
5 cups Extra Wide Noodles1 lbs Ground Chuck1/2 cup Chopped Onions1 Clove Garlic, Chopped2 Tsp Flour1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Health Request1 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper1 4oz canned Mushrooms8 oz Sour Cream, reduced Fat2 tbs chopped Parsley
Directions
Cook Noodles according to package direction, In large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef: pour off fat. Add onion & garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in 1 tbs flour, worchestershire sauce, pepper, soup, water and mushrooms; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Combine sour cream with remaining 1 tbs flour and parsley. Stir into beef mixture; Heat through (do not boil). Serve over Hot Noodles
