Tofu and Snow Pea Noodle Bowl

5 cups vegetable stock1/8 box catelli healthy harvest whole wheat spaghetti1 pkg tofu cubed1 cup snow peas1 cup carrots grated1 cup mushrooms (I prefer shiitake or cremini) sliced1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce1/4 cup green onion2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp fresh ginger grated2 tsp Braggs All purpose soy seasoning
Bring stock to a boil, add spaghetti and cook 6 minutes. Add tofu, peas, carrots, and mushrooms, and garlic sauce and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
