Trisha's Faux "Fried" Ice Cream

1cup Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Roasted Nut & Honey1tsp Cinnamon, ground2cups (4 servings) Dreyer's Slow Churned Light Ice Cream French Vanilla2tbsp (Topping) Smuckers Fat Free Chocolate Sundae Syrup
1. Crunch, smash and ground the cereal in a bowl. Once ground, stir in cinnamon completely.
2. Roll 1/2cup scoop of ice cream into a ball and quickly roll/coat in the cereal mixture. Repeat for 4 servings.
3. Drizzle about 1&1/2tsp (4 servings=2tbsp) on top of each "fried" ice cream ball. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 4 -- 1/2 cup rolled ball servings
